The first step in creating a new online vision for you is to create a long-term strategy.

Strategy and Project Definition

Developing a long-term strategy will incorporate best practices, capture the ideas and wishes of our clients, and provide a dynamic foundation for future expansion. The strategy will provide you with a blueprint to move forward in engaging greater numbers of site visitors and providing value to those that are visiting the website. It will be developed in close consultation with you and your key audiences. At all points, the strategy will endeavour to make optimal use of all resources, weighing all recommendations for effectiveness and operational efficiency.

The Process

Phase 1: Consultation and Data Gathering

Interviews and input groups will be conducted with your internal and external stakeholders, covering all major staff and external groups. The goal will be to gather ideas and suggestions for how each group would like to use the website, understand their needs, and discover what other online opportunities would be supported.

Phase 2: Synthesis and Strategy Outline

Based on feedback from this comprehensive consultation, Adlure will synthesize the findings, develop a list of online strategies and tactics for you, and prioritize them based on impact and need. Included will be functionality requirements and sponsorship opportunities. This draft strategic outline will be shared with senior management to garner their feedback on the direction.

Phase 3: Creation of Final Online Strategy

Adlure will then create the online strategy document.

This report will include the following elements:

3. Metrics and Analytics to measure ROI

4. Timing and Project Management Plan
